RCMP in northwestern Alberta have issued an Amber Alert for a six-year-old boy named Lanakai Morrison.
Police say the child was taken on Tuesday, and officers are asking the public for urgent help in locating him.
Child May Be With His Mother
According to investigators, Lanakai may be travelling with his mother, 35-year-old Krista Morrison.
RCMP also said 35-year-old Daniel Judwig and four-year-old Karl Morrison may be with them.
Vehicle Information Released
Police are searching for a black 2015 Toyota Tundra.
The vehicle has the licence plate number CTN9517.
Investigators are urging anyone who spots the vehicle or the people involved to take immediate action.
Public Asked Not to Approach
RCMP are warning the public not to approach Lanakai, Krista Morrison, Daniel Judwig, Karl Morrison or the vehicle if they are seen.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911 immediately.
The Amber Alert for six-year-old Lanakai Morrison remains a serious public safety matter. Alberta RCMP are asking people to watch for a black 2015 Toyota Tundra with licence plate CTN9517 and to contact 911 right away if they see the vehicle or anyone connected to the alert.
